8         OZ small shrimp
1         Sm onion
4         Cloves garlic
2         Teaspoons grated ginger 
6         OZ Shiitake mushrooms
2         Stalks celery
1         Carrot
1/2      Red bell pepper
1/8      Teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 
3/4      Cup bean sprouts 
4         Scallions
1/4      Cup watercress leaves
